Qualifications
To be eligible for Permanent Residency in Thailand:

Hold 3 consecutive 1-year visa extensions

Have a valid work permit for 3 years at the time of application

Earn 30,000 Baht monthly income (if married to a Thai spouse for 5 years) or 80,000 Baht monthly income (if single)
