Qualifications
To be eligible for Permanent Residency in Thailand:
- Hold 3 consecutive 1-year visa extensions
- Have a valid work permit for 3 years at the time of application
- Earn 30,000 Baht monthly income (if married to a Thai spouse for 5 years) or 80,000 Baht monthly income (if single)
- Present 3 years of tax statements proving the above income
